A MESSAGE TO OUR HUDSON GRILL FAMILY ❤️

We’ve been reading your comments, and we want you to know that we hear you.

We understand that many of you loved Hudson Grill exactly the way it was—the menu, the variety, the lunch hours, and your favorite dishes. Seeing how much this restaurant has meant to so many people in our community means more to us than you know.

The decision to become Hudson Italian Grill wasn’t made because we didn’t appreciate what Hudson Grill had become. We felt the restaurant needed a fresh direction, and we wanted to create something that reflects our passion for fresh, homemade Italian food.

But this is a new chapter, and we are listening. Our menu does not have to be set in stone. As we reopen and hear from our customers, we’ll pay attention to what you miss and what you would like to see return. There may even be room for some Hudson Grill favorites and specials in the future.

We’ve also made changes to the restaurant itself, and we’re excited for you to see the new space.

Most importantly, we hope you’ll give Hudson Italian Grill a chance before making up your mind. Come in, try the fresh pasta, enjoy a meal with us, and tell us what you think.

We have been part of this community because of you, and we want you to be part of this next chapter with us.

🇮🇹 HUDSON ITALIAN GRILL IS REOPENING! 🇮🇹

We’re excited to welcome everyone back! ❤️🤍💚

After remodeling and making some exciting changes, Hudson Italian Grill will officially reopen Thursday, September 24!

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes, and we can’t wait for you to come in, see the new look, and enjoy the new Hudson Italian Grill experience.

🕒 NEW HOURS
Monday — CLOSED
Tuesday–Thursday — 3:30 PM–9 PM
Friday–Saturday — 3:30 PM–9 PM
Sunday — 12 PM–9 PM

Starting August 31st, Hudson Grill will be temporarily closed for remodeling. 🛠️

We’re making some exciting changes and can’t wait to welcome everyone back!
