Autumn soup : Thyme roasted pear + sweet potato bisque! We make this gluten and dairy free with a seasonal herby broth base - this batch has all the respiratory support herbs and a lot of beautiful flavors! Hey folks! The weekend is shaping up to be a little chilly- we have a cozy space ready for you brave souls venturing out- alternatively if you prefer to stay home we have crafted the perfect Snack Box to bring a little Evergreen treat home! Our Nor’easter Snack Box includes all your favorite house made accoutrements- blueberry lemon lavender jam, wild greens pesto, maple mustard, herbed honey, house roasted nuts, marinated olives , fresh + dried fruit, cheese of choice , salami (or hummus for vegan) and locally baked rustic baguette (or gluten free crisps) ! You can dm us your cheese choice + email to order and these will be ready for pickup at 5pm today- taking orders until 2pm! Each order will include a complimentary sachet of herbal tea ✨

Can’t wait to hang with you this fall- check out our October workshops and join us at the bar for snacks, sips and hands on experiences. Our final installment of “Making + Tasting” is all about spiced rum! Explore the many botanicals that can be infused into your favorite rum to create those tropical notes- we will sip on classic + original rum cocktails, discuss the history + making of rum, and build herbal rum fusion kits to take home!
Plus our newest community offering -Jungle Club- led by local plant enthusiasts takes you through the care and mounting of Staghorn ferns, craft a wall hanging to take home and enjoy a plant themed cocktail + bite while you play! Tickets at CroseNest.com

Last nights Chartreuse class was so much fun! Excited to resurrect a Evergreen original and customer favorite “Smokey Bloom” for our Chartreuse Making+ Tasting tomorrow night! A couple seats opened at the bar for this intimate gathering - grab a seat and join us! We’ll be discussing the medicinal botanicals rooted in the original chartreuse, sipping on three different cocktails and discussing their build (2 classics, 1 ER original!) , and building herbal kits to take home and infuse your own green potion! Saying “see ya later” to a real one 🥲 Jared was with us for just a quick summer and we’re so excited for them as they head to NYC! They made the most of their time with us - crafting a killer cocktail for our summer list, always having a solid attitude , and eager to learn any thing we threw at them. Thanks J!
