Kits include a bottle of our newest single barrel, private label Border Bourbon by 45th Parallel Distillery, cocoa bitters, a jar of make-your-own marshmallow root syrup, coaster, recipe, and step-by-step directions.

Limited supply. Stop in during business hours to purchase.

Eighty-five dollars for the kit. Add a smoke top to complete the gift for $15.

Look at this dog!
This is not the same dog we took in almost 9 months ago.
We have taken baby steps to get here but we did it.
Yesterday, Amber rode in the car -on the bench seat, not curled up on the floor.
Amber walked for an hour in Lakefront Park.
Amber attempted a pup cup from Dipsy Ice Cream (she was too nervous to eat it but we tried).
Way to go, Amber!
You are very brave.

One story from this weekend that stuck with us is about a couple from Lino Lakes.
They drove to Woodbury complete a transaction and the person they met with told them to go to our restaurant for dinner.
It was out of their way, this person was a stranger to them (and to us as far as we can tell), and there are a million places to eat, but they said to eat at Black Rooster.
The couple had a terrific time and said they will be back, even from Lino Lakes.

Word of mouth is like gold. People trust it more than Yelp, more than Google.

Join us for this special Pride Month Edition of The Bookish Buzz, an informal gathering of book lovers for conversation centered on an author, book, or theme. Hosted by Chapter2 Books at Black Rooster Bistro.

On Thursday, June 25, we'll gather for recommendations and casual conversation about the LGBTQ+ titles that inspire us, move us to tears, and give us hope for a future where everyone's voice is heard and celebrated.

We’ll have curated LGBTQ+ titles available for purchase at the event, with proceeds to benefit Hudson Pride Co. No ticket is necessary for this special edition of The Bookish Buzz PRIDE Edition.
