We’re only one week in, and the stories are already starting. You won’t believe the one about the man in the cowboy hat.

He walked through the doors of Sloppy Joe’s and became the first customer of our new chapter.

He’s not on social media and had no idea Matt and his family had taken the torch at Sloppy Joe’s.

It turns out the man in the cowboy hat is the father of one of Matt’s best friends.
