Meet Sarah 🤍 The heart behind so much of what makes Virginia’s special.

After years of being part of our sister café, Infusion Tea, Sarah became someone we knew we could trust with something even bigger—leading our Virginia’s team. She leads by example, with grace, kindness, and a genuine love for both our employees and our guests.

Her customer service is unmatched, and we’re so lucky to have her leading the Virginia’s family. We value you more than you know, Sarah! 🥞🤍

Find your house. Stick a pin in it. 📍

This map of Howey-in-the-Hills was created by a local artist, and now we want YOU to help finish it. Find where you live and mark your spot!

We can’t wait to watch it fill up and see just how many of our neighbors have stopped in for breakfast. 🥞

Next time you’re at Virginia’s Pancake Palace, find your spot and leave your mark!

We’re proud to be a Second Chance Café— helping create opportunities for people rebuilding their lives through meaningful work, community and a fresh start.

Good food. Good people. New beginnings. 🥞

A new Howey-in-the-Hills restaurant is serving up more than pancakes and coffee - it’s also helping people rebuild their lives.
