Another successful Back to School Brunch here at 2 Fog’s. Someone from every Howell school came to celebrate even 2 retired teachers, Mrs. Hash and Mrs. Minster . We love our community!!!!

Tomorrow morning the kiddos go back to school and you parents will get to come see us. First 100 in the door get the annual t-shirt and the weather looks nice so the Patio will be open.

PENNE DIABLO
Penne pasta tossed with sautéed onions, mixed peppers, spinach, chorizo, and Italian sausage in a chipotle cheesy cream sauce. Finished with crumbled goat cheese and fresh cilantro.

KOREAN STICKY RIBS
Slow-cooked St. Louis-style pork ribs. Glazed with Korean teriyaki sauce. Served with kimchi slaw and maple jalapeño cornbread.

BIRRIA BEEF TACOS
Spicy shredded braised beef and mozzarella cheese, stuffed inside dipped corn tortillas. Finished with cilantro and diced yellow onion, jasmine rice, lime wedges, and spicy savory consommé onsommé for dipping.

2 FOGS GREEK SALAD
Romaine lettuce tossed with greek dressing, finished with kalamata olives, feta cheese, grape tomatos, red onion, cucumbers, capers, and garlic oregano ground turkey.

PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN BREAD PUDDING
Hot pineapple bread pudding, topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, pineapple rum glaze, grilled pineapple, and maraschino cherries.
