To say this past week humbled us would be an understatement. We truly did not expect the amount of love and support that walked through our doors these past few days. Every table filled, every chair occupied, people waiting patiently, families celebrating, and our restaurant busy from open to close. For that, we are beyond grateful.

At the same time, we want to be honest and take responsibility. We know that with how unexpectedly slammed we were, service may not have been perfect for everyone . Some waits were longer than they should have been, some things may have been missed, and we understand the frustration that can come with that. We own that completely.🙏🏻

Our staff worked nonstop -no breaks- this entire week trying their absolute best to keep up with the rush, and while we may not have executed everything perfectly, every employee showed up and gave everything they had. We are learning, growing, and taking this week as motivation to become even better for all of you.

To everyone who chose to spend their time, money, patience, and support with us thank you from the bottom of our hearts. A packed restaurant is something we are not use to. Seeing our community show up for La cascada the way you all did means more than words can explain.

Thank you for supporting our family business, thank you for your patience, and thank you for making this one of the busiest weeks we’ve ever had.
