Would you believe this picture is from our first Eastwood Civic Association Home tour back in 2023 ?!

🏠Did any of you attend ?

🚂The caboose hadn't been around very long at that point, we had no idea what our full menu would be, how we were going to make it happen or if we could make it happen.

🥳 We were just full of excitement and hope and wanted to show a bit of what we could/would do.

Anyway, this was the sandwich we were serving, under an umbrella in the parking lot, on a regular folded table. It was the beginning .. now that I think about it we didn't even have a name yet. Anyway, in honor of that weekend that started it all back in 2023 we will be serving this sandwich this weekend along with another special that we'll post soon.

🍋This is a pistachio pesto mortadella panini with whipped ricotta and lemon.

Home tour tickets are still available via Eastwood Civic Association & EaDo Civic .

Whether you come as part of the tour or just as part of your weekend plan we are excited about you trying this and the other specials.

Btw Saturday is Amanda's birthday so we hope you'll help make it a special one.

September was such a great month. We added multiple new menu items and started planning what specials we will be running in the fall.

We are thinking of starting to sell our fresh made pasta. Maybe we set an ordering day like Sunday or Monday and you can pick up Wednesday. What do you think ?

Also we have a surprise coming this weekend ... stay tuned

One of the things that makes us unique is our style of pizza.

We serve what's known as Pizza Al Taglio which translates to "pizza by the cut" which is a type of Roman Style pizza.

It's baked in rectangular trays and is cold fermented for 72 hours.

The process is somewhat tedious some would say (some is me I would say lol) but the end result is game changing !

Please enjoy a little behind the scenes of Chef Chris Zettlemoyer making our dough which we use for our
Pizza , goat cheese and paninis.

I will admit once upon a time I was naive to the idea that fresh made pasta was life changing. I am now a believer!

We are currently serving 4 different types of pastas. They each have their own traits that make them perfect for our different sauces.

Shown here are Lumache, spaghetti, & radiatori
