On Wednesday, October 15, Kirkwood and The Lymbar come together for an exclusive DAOU Wine Dinner at The Lymbar, located at the Ion in Midtown.

Chefs David Cordúa and Stephen Chiang will collaborate on a multi-course menu that showcases the spirit of Houston’s culinary scene, paired with selections from DAOU Vineyards. Expect dishes like Brandade de Bacalao, Duck Confit “Nachos,” Lobster Ballotine, Braised Short Rib, and more — each thoughtfully matched with DAOU’s acclaimed wines.

This one-night-only dinner celebrates connection, creativity, and collaboration. Seating is limited.
