Kitchen Rumors made an appearance on FOX 26 Houston!

We recently welcomed FOX 26 Houston and Eddie Jackson - FIT CHEF EDDIE for a special segment ahead of this Saturday’s 7th annual Autism Speaks Chef Gala Houston! 🤝

For Chef Jassi, this event holds a special place in his heart. After experiencing the generosity and enthusiasm at last year’s gala, returning was never really a question. It’s an opportunity to use his passion for cooking to make a difference, alongside fellow chefs who share that same commitment.

We’re incredibly proud to be part of this event for another year and grateful to FOX 26 for helping shine a light on the important work behind it. ❤️

THE RUMORS ARE TRUE. WE’RE IN THE MICHELIN GUIDE! 🍾

Kitchen Rumors has officially been awarded a 2026 MICHELIN Bib Gourmand by MICHELIN Guide, recognizing restaurants that deliver exceptional food at a great value. We couldn’t be prouder to bring this distinction home to Houston!

From the beginning, Kitchen Rumors has been about challenging expectations and giving people something worth talking about. To see that vision recognized on this level is an incredible honor, and one we share with every person who has helped make it possible.

To our owners and opening team who believed in this vision from day one, to our chefs and kitchen staff who pour their passion into every dish, to our servers who make every guest feel welcome, to our dishwashers and everyone working behind the scenes who keep this restaurant running: THANK YOU. Kitchen Rumors was recently named one of Houston’s best Indian restaurants by Houston Chronicle, and we’re grateful to be included among so many incredible names across the city (like our sister restaurant, Amrina).

Four courses, one chef-led experience.

The Chef’s Table at Kitchen Rumors is a four-course, chef-curated menu served family style by Chef Walia, giving you a closer look at the technique and perspective behind the menu.

The experience is $75 per guest, with an optional $45 w**e pairing, and is designed for the whole table to enjoy together.

Don’t stress about what to have for dinner; leave everything to us. 👨‍🍳
