What began as Thy’s vision to bring Houston’s diverse culinary voices together became an evening filled with stories, traditions, and unforgettable dishes.
From Chef Jassi Bindra’s hamachi crudo, to Chef Lena Trang’s Chopped-winning scallop dumplings and caviar, Chef Hugo Ortega’s duck taco with date mole, Chef Ardian Brantoro’s Indonesian lamb chops, and Chef Raffi Nasr’s beloved Lebanese knafeh, every course reflected a different corner of the world, and the flavors, experiences, and people that connect us.
