Seven years ago, Niche Catering began with a simple vision: to bring people together through exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and unforgettable experiences. What started as a dream has grown into something far greater than we ever imagined, and that is because of each and every one of you.

To our loyal clients, friends, family, vendors, and supporters—thank you. Many of you have been with us since day one, trusting us to be part of your weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, holiday celebrations, and countless milestones in between. Your continued support, referrals, encouragement, and belief in our work have been the foundation of our success.

At Niche Catering, we have always believed that great food is only part of what we do. We create experiences, celebrate life’s biggest moments, and treat every event as if it were our own. It is an honor we never take for granted.

Remember when I said we had two classic Pooh showers in one day? Here’s a peek at event #2 Saturday with Niche Catering.

The invitation was our muse. Pulling their decor with ours, we went rustic farm house with bright accents. Southern comfort with style.

High 🖐️ fives to Mia Rose & Miriam Lozano for executing my vision & setting-up a 💣 display while I tended to my other event. As always, Emma Dougherty & Liam McEachern killed it on beautiful & tasty food prep.
