NEW MICROLOT ALERT! We are excited to announce the release of our newest coffee: MADAGASCAR SOAVINANDRIANA!

Sourced through our partners at Royal as part of their “Crown Jewel” series, this is a truly rare find. Specialty Arabica coffee of this caliber rarely makes it out of Madagascar, and we are thrilled to share it with you! Madagascar Coffee Company has done an exceptional job producing this coffee while navigating the complexities of production and export in the region.

This coffee undergoes a moderate intervention washed process: the cherries are dry-fermented, depulped, fermented underwater in mucilage, washed, and then dried on raised beds. You can expect a juicy, fruit-forward apricot flavor with sweet lemongrass acidity and a raw sugar and agave finish. Hit us up for a bag soon, because when it is gone it will be GONE! 5% of all profits from sales of this coffee will go to support local communities in Madagascar. We hope you all can enjoy this beautiful coffee with us!

We’ve been cooking up a new look! New bags rolling out. If you want to try our two most popular new coffees from Uganda and Colombia, head on over to javapura.com and grab some bags. We still have some Juicy Passionfruit and Mexican Finca Hamburgo Honey Process available but they won’t be around for much longer. Stay tuned for more new exciting coffees coming your way this year!

😱💥Out of Don Teofilo!💥😱

For the next few months, we will be out of one of our most popular coffees, and to all of our Costa Rican coffee lovers, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Coffee crops are never identical, and we do our best to anticipate coffee consumption over the course of a year. We are always working hard on finding the best coffees, but we still have to deal with crop harvests, international shipping times, and regulations.

Please do not worry--Don Teofilo isn’t gone forever, we just have to wait for new coffee. We will have a temporary replacement in soon!

Here at Java Pura Coffee Roasters, we have many other exciting coffees that we are happy to share with you! If you are interested in trying something new while we wait on this year's Don Teofilo, please feel free to reach out to us!
