We’re honored to once again be recognized by the —a distinction made possible by the people who show up every day committed to the details.

From the beginning, Credence has been built around precision, genuine hospitality, and a deep respect for the ingredients, traditions, and people that shape our corner of Texas. Maintaining this recognition reflects the work our team puts in every day—one plate, one pour, and one guest at a time.

It’s been two years since we first lit the fires of our hearth and opened our doors to you, our Houston neighbors.

What a ride it’s been.

From Michelin recognition and a Michelin Service Award to Hot Chefs and the Houston Chronicle’s Top 100 Restaurants, we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come. But what means the most is everyone who helped us get here. Credence was built to tell the stories of Texas through the lens of live-fire cooking. Two years in, you’ve become part of that story.

To our team, our guests, and this city we’re lucky to call home—thank you for pulling up a chair, sharing a meal, and becoming part of our story.
