NEW at Fung’s Kitchen: Whole Roasted Suckling Pig! 🐷🔥燒乳豬

One of the great Cantonese delicacies has officially arrived at Fung’s Kitchen in Houston. Chef Hoi Fung even brought in a special roasting oven to make it the traditional way.

The star? That impossibly thin, shatteringly crisp golden skin, with tender, juicy pork underneath. 🤤 Served with classic hoisin sauce and sugar for dipping.

Available daily as a whole or half suckling pig. Because each pig is roasted to order, there may be up to a 45-minute wait, so reservations are highly recommended.

Then and Now.

Time changes many things, but some things remain the same: hard work, family, and a commitment to taking care of every guest who walks through the door.

Thirty-six years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Fung opened Fung’s Kitchen with a dream. What followed were countless early mornings, long nights, family sacrifices, and a lifetime dedicated to sharing their love of Cantonese cuisine with Houston.

Today, their story lives on in every dish served, every family celebration, and every guest who returns year after year.

From then to now, thank you for being part of our journey.
