We’re looking for a few passionate people to grow with us long-term at The Phin.

Currently hiring:
• Baristas (Part-time / Full-time)
• Service Crew (Part-time / Full-time)

We’d love to meet people who:
• enjoy hospitality + connecting with people
• pay attention to details
• can work in a fast-paced environment
• appreciate coffee & matcha culture
• are willing to learn and grow with the team

Experience is a plus, but can absolutely be trained.
What matters most to us is calm energy, teamwork, and strong customer service.
