BRING BACK BABY BACKS? Let’s talk, family. 🔥

Friends and neighbors, I’m a sausage man at heart, but a good rack of ribs always gets my attention. As a preacher and pitmaster, I love seeing folks gather around the table.

I love spare ribs for their rich flavor and the value they bring to a family meal. But baby backs have that tender bite that keeps folks asking for more. So I’m thinking about bringing them back to Lonestar.

What would you prefer me to cook for YOU?

Baby backs or spare ribs? Dry rub, glazed, or sauce on the side? Tell me what makes your favorite worth gathering around—a family tradition, a good memory, or simply a bite you can’t forget.

Give me 50 heartfelt reasons to bring baby backs back, and we’ll fire up a Baby Back Weekend! I’ll share the date when we reach the goal.

Good meat. Good smoke. Good fellowship.
At Lonestar Sausage & BBQ, we feed you like family.
