We are still offering whole brisket/meat deliveries with minimum order while supplies are still available. We would love to offer individual plates, but we are not at this time based on cost. Contact us directly for your orders! No contact delivery still available. We will vacuum seal and seperate as you wish upon request. $150 minimum order (briskets, whole chickens, pulled pork). Let us know! Vacuum sealed meals per day are a great solution for easy dinners. We appreciate your support!

We just wanted to let everyone know that we still do offer delivery over certain amounts and depends on what part of town. The majority of our business was catering and events (all cancelled). Before everything got really bad with COVID-19, we were about to invest in a food truck booking solid with breweries and other locations. That all changed. We can deliver large orders warm, vacuum sealed for future use, whatever you prefer. We would love to offer single meals for families, that actually costs us more (not to mention any waste) though than taking orders. Meals for a week is easy, and convenient for you.

Also, since our catering events were all cancelled, we still have 93lbs of cheese left over and 32lbs of chocolate. You can purchase this from our website directly www.brutalbarbecue.com . We were offering shipping, now local contact-less delivery only. If you think you are too far from Northwest Houston, please contact us first before placing an order. You can contact us from the website, messenger, or by phone for custom orders also.

This king cake is fit for a king! We wanted to try something really brutal for Fat Tuesday. Oh.. sweet and spicy! All completely made on our smokers.

Crescent-style bread stuffed with 1.5lbs boudin (we like spicy!!), with our smoked Pepper jack cheese (almost 1lb) in the middle! Topped with a delicious custom sweet red pepper sauce, green onions, and applewood smoked bacon! We used our gourmet applewood smoked Maldon's salt to top it off.

We will take a couple of orders for fat tuesday, feeds around 6-8 people for sure and they take a while smoked! $50/ea.

Phew! Production of 30lbs finally complete (just in time for valentines day!). We are working on another 30lbs to be available this week! These smoked chocolates are out of this world!! Jars are $20/ea and available for purchase from the website (we still have alot of work to do on there! Coming along though!). Refills for the jars will be available at $15/ea shipped vacuum sealed. Once you eat these, or bake with them.. if you love BBQ, you'll be hooked! Thank you for your patience while we are in full production mode on the product lines. More great smoked goodies coming!

Production still going strong! On schedule. Dark, milk and white chocolate should be available by next week! We had an initial test batch of a couple lbs made for us that we smoked that was available to testers. These are all molded and smoked in-house, our recipes. We are working hard to have bars available before valentines day. Working with several suppliers on custom bar molds!

It's about time this site got up and running! It may be seem daunting to start one business from scratch, try two! "Brutal Creations" is coming along nicely also! We have been in full production mode lately and thank you for your patience! If you have received amazing grub from us in the past, please leave a bold and brutal review! The website should be also up this week! Orders for spices, sauces, and all other sorts of wonderful lines of product will be made available for easier purchase! (I know.. it's alot more fun playing tag in messenger 🤣🤣🤔) All further updates on product line releases will be posted here so they can be shared.
