Your brain is always listening to what you feed it.

Energy.
Focus.
Mood.
Resilience.

Your brain is hungry for:
✓ Protein (amino acids)
✓ Color (phytochemicals)
✓ Healthy fats (essential fatty acids)
✓ Minerals + vitamins

These nutrients help support how you think, feel, and function every day.

Nourish your brain with the nutrients it needs to help you feel and function at your best.

That's why Nourish is one of the six pillars of a Brain Health Lifestyle.

Small choices, repeated consistently, can make a meaningful difference over time.

If this makes sense to you, share it and help someone else nourish their brain, too.

Food isn't just about calories.

It provides information and building blocks for your brain and body for physical, mental and emotional health.

Think nutrient density → nutrients per calorie

Want one of the fastest ways to support your brain?

Not another supplement.

Not another health hack.

Support your nervous system.

When we're constantly rushing, multitasking, worrying, and pushing through exhaustion, the brain shifts into survival mode.

That's when many women (and men) notice:
◽️ Brain fog
◽️ Low energy
◽️ Irritability / mood swings
◽️ Poor sleep
◽️Digestive issues
◽️ Lowered stress resilience

The good news?

Your brain is constantly paying attention to signals of safety.
A few slow breaths.
A quiet moment of gratitude.
Stepping outside for fresh air.
A brief prayer or mindful pause.

These small daily rhythms help calm the nervous system—and when your nervous system feels supported, everything works better:
✨Clearer thinking
✨ Better mood
✨ Greater resilience
✨ More restful sleep

Which of these comes most naturally to you?
🌿 Nature
🙏 Prayer /meditation
📝 Gratitude
💨 Mindful breathing

If this was helpful, share with someone who may need a little support today 💖

Want clearer thinking and better stress resilience?

When we're stressed, rushed, and overwhelmed, your nervous system shifts into survival mode.

A calmer nervous system supports clearer thinking, better mood,
and greater resilience.

Take one deep breath right now, exhale slowly ✨✨

Today is my father's birthday.

He was brilliant, charismatic, and deeply committed to serving his country. A former congressman, senator, ambassador, historian, and champion of democracy in Bolivia, he spent his life working to make a difference.

He's also the reason I became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

I still remember walking into a neurologist's office in the Texas Medical Center after he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.

At the time, I knew very little about the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and brain health.

Today, I often find myself wondering:

What if we had known then what I know now?

I believe his experience with Parkinson's would have been very different.

Not because there are guarantees, but because we now know that our daily choices can profoundly influence how our brains function and age.

My father's journey taught me that brain health deserves our attention long before a diagnosis.

Rather than thinking of brain health from the view of disorder, disease, decline, optimizing prioritizing our brain health maximizes our ability to thrive -- at any age.

Every day, we have opportunities to nourish our brains through food, sleep, movement, stress resilience, and connection.

Those choices can help us thrive today while supporting our long-term wellbeing.

His journey is why I'm passionate about helping people build a Brain Health Lifestyle.

Because brain health isn't just about the future.

It's about how we think, feel, learn, focus, connect, and show up in our lives today.
✨ Steady energy
✨ Clearer thinking
✨ Emotional resilience
✨ Mental wellness
✨ Healthy aging

That's what a proactive approach to brain health is all about.

Oh daddy, my daddy…

I often wonder how much more you would have contributed had we known then what we know now.

Your life, your courage, your optimism and your journey continue to shape my own.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to help others build vibrant brain health and truly thrive.

As you would say to us, love you from the start of the beginning to the end of never ✨✨

Abrazos al Cielo ❤️
