Happy fall BBQ fans! We have one more week with weekday service left before we transition to our winter schedule. October through mid April we will only be doing weekends. I know, this summer has gone by way too fast! But for today, Sept 24th, we will be hanging out with the outstanding team at Kendall Ford Wasilla from 11am-5!

We are serving up our sliced brisket, pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends and our newest addition, smoked pork chops! We'll have our Freedom Bowls along with our sides of loaded mashed potatoes, coleslaw, bbq beans and creamed corn 😋

Good morning BBQ fans! Today, Sept 22nd we will be at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center from 11am-5!

We'll be serving up our sliced brisket, pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends, smoked chicken thighs and our Freedom Bowls. Our sides will be our bbq beans, coleslaw, creamed corn and our cheesy hashbrown casserole. We look forward to feeding y'all!

It's a great day for some hearty, soul warming BBQ!

Today, Sept 12, you can find us at Ken's Garden Center in Wasilla. From 10-5 or sold out.

Today's menu: Sliced brisket, pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends and smoked chicken thighs. Sides are loaded mashed potatoes, coleslaw, bbq beans and creamed corn!

Baby Cakes will be with us serving amazing mini pancakes for your dessert options! We will also be joined by a new food truck called Cheesy Grins. Stop in and check out all the food options today!
