We're bringing our sliced brisket, pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends, our Freedom Bowls with our Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole and other sides will be our bbq beans and coleslaw. See you tomorrow!

It's the start of a new week so who's ready for some BBQ?! We are back out this week, starting Wed June 10th at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center 11-5 or sold out. Friday June 12th, we're at Kendall Ford Wasilla 11-5 or sold out. Sat June 13th we're at D & D Auctions in Wasilla, right across from Ken's Garden Center and next to Black Lake Buildings, 10am-5. Can't wait to see all your smiling faces this week!!

Hey BBQ fans! Looks like summer officially starts this week and we are gonna enjoy it! We are taking a few days off this week and will be back out after a private event this weekend! We look forward to seeing all your smiling faces again soon!

We will be serving up our sliced brisket, pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork and our Freedom Bowls with our Cheesy hashbrown casserole and other sides will be BBQ beans and coleslaw. Good evening BBQ fans! We are heading to Willow tomorrow for the 5th Su Valley Emergency Preparedness Fair at the Willow Community Center from 11am-2. Indoor and outdoor exhibits, live demos, door prizes, vendors and the first 100 adults receive a bag with emergency essentials! We'll be there serving up our sliced brisket, pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends and our Freedom Bowls with our Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole and our other sides will be BBQ beans and Coleslaw
