Meet Frankie, our favorite monster in a cup 🧟‍♂️⚡

Here's what you need to bring him to life 🧪:
• Trishnna Tea Matcha Powder 🍵
• Hot water ♨️
• Milk (any kind you like) 🥛
• Ice 🧊
• A clear cup + black permanent marker 🖊️
• A bamboo whisk (a frother works too) 🥢

How to make it:
1. Sift your matcha powder into a bowl, no clumps allowed ✨
2. Add hot water and whisk vigorously until frothy 🌪️
3. Stir in a splash of milk to your matcha base 🥛
4. Draw Frankenstein's face on your cup, stitches, brow, eyes, the whole look 😵
5. Fill the cup with ice, pour in your matcha mixture, top with more milk 🍹

From the most delicate (white) to the boldest (black), each type goes through its own journey of oxidation, drying, and time that shapes its flavor. Here's your quick guide to all six:

🤍 White: Least processed, hand plucked and simply dried. Delicate and subtle.
💚 Green: Unoxidized, aged a touch under the sun for that grassy, sometimes sweet taste.
💛 Yellow: The rarest of them all. Like green tea but slow dried for a mellow finish.
🌿 Oolong: Part of the green tea family, grown mainly in China and Taiwan, landing right between grassy and toasty.
🖤 Black: Fully oxidized for a bold flavor. Our Assam black is a personal favorite.
❤️ Red (Rooibos): From South America, naturally sweet and toasty, and it stays consistent no matter how you brew it.

Tea lady tip: stop boiling your water for green tea.

Boiling water scorches the leaves and that's what gives you that bitter, almost burnt taste. Green tea wants water around 175°F, not a rolling boil.

No thermometer? No problem. Watch the pot. The moment you see tiny bubbles start forming on the bottom, before it hits a full boil, that's your window. Pull it right there.
