To have our little 30-seat restaurant recognized by the MICHELIN Guide is an incredible honor. But what makes this moment truly special is everyone who helped us get here.
To our team, who pours their heart into every plate, every glass, and every guest experience. To our friends, family, and community who believed in us. And to every single person who has pulled up a chair, made a reservation, shared a meal, or told someone about us—thank you.
