Tiny Champions is looking for a bartender to add to the team!

We’re looking for someone who’s into taking care of guests, attentive, gives a s**t, can multitask, can take direction, and knows how to take feedback.
You should be comfortable being on your feet for 8-hour shift. We take pride in what we do at the restaurant and want you to feel the same. As a bartender there are multiple hats to wear and this position is not just making cocktails.

We work together as a team. We help each other out, pick each other up, and jump in when things get busy (which they will). We are NOT looking for “that’s not my job” energy. If something needs doing, we do it.
And we’re not asking you to do anything we wouldn’t do ourselves. We’ll be right there in the weeds with you, getting our hands dirty and making it happen.

Here at Tinys we make everything in-house scratch, are not afraid of big flavors, and change the menu often to keep things seasonal and creative. We’re a tight-knit kitchen where everyone pitches in, cross-trains, and has each other’s backs. As a PM line cook, you’ll own your station from prep through service, then break down and leave it ready for the next day. If you like a good crew, staying busy, and caring about what’s on the plate, you’ll fit right in.

Our support staff are an essential part of our team, and we welcome applicants with restaurant experience who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

🌟Servers curate the guest experience and are essential to how we present ourselves to the world. Because of this, we ask that applicants have at least one year of FOH restaurant experience in a high-volume dining environment.
