A few of our team members, Thao, Dianna, Micaela, and Rosie, recently spent an incredible week at the Cooking for Healthy Kids culinary training, hosted by the Texas Department of Agriculture and the legendary The Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio, Texas.

This amazing initiative is all about finding innovative ways to boost our program’s quality and bring even more fresh, delicious produce to our students' menus. 🥦🍇

Special shoutouts to our award winners: 🌟

Thao, Director of Operations and Menu Development, received the ‘Picture Perfect’ award for excellence in creativity and plating.

Micaela, one of our Field Specialists, earned the ‘Rising Chef’ award for her outstanding teamwork and extraordinary effort. 👩🏻‍🍳
