I will be cooking brisket this Thursday (early am start time) so if you want one you can drop off a thawed brisket to my house Anytime Wednesday and for $30 I’ll cook it for you. Pick up time will be Thursday evening. Need me to pick a brisket for you, cost have been running $3-$4 per pound.
