📢 A Heartfelt Announcement from Sambal Chef
After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision not to renew our lease. Our last day of business will be June 28, 2026.
For the past 5 wonderful years, we have had the privilege of serving our community—3 years in Pearland and 2 years in Chinatown. We are incredibly grateful for every customer who walked through our doors, shared meals with family and friends, and supported our small business throughout this journey.
Recently, the property was sold to a new landlord, who plans to take over the premises for their own business. As a result, we have decided to close this chapter of Sambal Chef.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your loyalty, encouragement, and friendship over the years. The memories we have created together will always hold a special place in our hearts.
We invite you to visit us one last time before we close. Please come by, enjoy your favorite dishes, and help us celebrate the final weeks of Sambal Chef. We would love the opportunity to serve you and thank you in person.
