STAFFING. Finding the right staff has been one of our greatest challenges. Help me recognize this crew for their hard work, dedication, and resiliency. They are any company’s dream team. I wish I had found them sooner. Happy to recommend these three to owners looking for people who will put their all into their work. Orlando is light hearted by nature. Of the 9 chefs/cooks that we have hired since being open, from varying educational backgrounds and experiences, he was the first who brought organization and efficiency to our kitchen. He is always thinking about how to do things better, faster, more efficient. What a rare and very important skill to add to his over 20 years of experience as a cook! He handles pressure well and treats his coworkers with respect. These are recipes for a great executive chef!

Diontrez started with us as a dishwasher. He quickly showed signs of tremendously emotional intelligence. He paid attention to what was happening. Watched the cooks and quickly learned how to execute many of the dishes himself. He could bring calmness and a level-headedness to any kitchen. Talk about natural leadership abilities!

Serenity worked with us as a server while completing a BSN RN. This lady is young but don’t let that fool you. She brings organization and natural people skills to any organization. She learns quickly and is a natural leader. No doubt that she will go far!
