Throughout his career, Chef Paul has held distinguished positions at renowned establishments including Galatoire's in New Orleans, Six of Manhattan in New York, The Jacmel Inn, and numerous hotel and casino properties across the country.
Known for his passion, creativity, and dedication to excellence, Chef Paul's vision for Ember is ambitious: to elevate the dining experience to a level that makes Houma a true culinary destination in South Louisiana.
