Ever had a Texas or Arkansas Tw***ie? And no, I’m not talking about the dessert kind! These BBQ Tw***ies from Tater 2 BBQ Catering and Concessions were HUGE and seriously delicious!

The Texas Tw***ie is a jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese and brisket, wrapped in bacon, and finished with BBQ sauce. The Arkansas version swaps the jalapeño for a pickle.

Now, I’m personally not a big pickle fan, so I honestly wasn’t sure what I would think of the Arkansas Tw***ie… but I was pleasantly surprised! It was actually really good and such a fun combination.

But if I had to pick a favorite, the Texas Tw***ie definitely wins for me.
