We are having a pretty unfortunate start to the 2020 season. At this moment we are sitting ducks. With most of our immediate events cancelled.

We're off on our first adventure of 2020! We want to expand on our menu a bit this year to include bowls with various ingredients...I am a nut for buddah bowls lately and have been making them for my family a lot! The options are limitless!

What are some of your favorite veggies!??

(Latest bowl I made as an example- chili lime rice, scrambled eggs with cheese, pork chorizo, sauteed portobello mushrooms, asparagus, grape tomatoes, green onions, cilantro and sriracha)

Shakedown's FAM!!!! Festival vending has taken up a big part of our 2019 and that has ultimately made it quite happy...and tired!!!!

Next season is already starting to book and that means we are onto bigger things!
