It's National Ice Cream Month - and Thursday night at 7, you can catch my documentary, Arkansas Dairy Bars: Neat Eats and Cool Treats - a movie I put together in 2021 that covers a lot of the great dairy bars across the state of Arkansas. It'll be broadcast on that great treasure of ours, Arkansas PBS.

One of those featured is the iconic Bailey's Dairy Treat in Hot Springs, where you can get your banana split in a cup. Really, it's the best way to go - layers of strawberry, chocolate, and pineapple with soft serve, whipped cream and slices of bananas in an easy to carry, good to travel container.

Hello everyone! We had announced in our previous post that we were reopening on the 17th but our plans fell through! We’re finally back in the states safe and sound and looking forward to seeing everyone starting 3/3/25. Thanks for being patient with us!

Over the weekend one our lovely customers graciously donated to us a new awning! It was done while we were closed so it took a couple of days to notice! We like to thank him/her for doing so! There’s not enough words to describe how grateful we are! We would also like to thank Hot Springs Awning for doing an amazing job!! We will definitely find a way to pay it forward!!

On Friday, the 31st, we are hosting a fundraiser. With the help from Sam’s Club, they have graciously donated food products for us to serve. 100 percent of our sales will be donated to the victims of the tornadoes that spanned through multiple states. These donations will go to the American Red Cross relief program. We greatly appreciate your help to rebuild these communities.

With the ground beef shortage and the price increase, double patty burgers are now unavailable.

We are only selling single patty burgers for the time being.
