Welcome to Alexa's Creperie! We are Hot Springs first and only authentic French cafe la creperie and family business of the Polyakov family. Yana and Sergiy Polyakov were born in Urkraine. After moving to Belgium, the Polyakov family opened their first cafe in Brussels. Their beautiful daughter, Alexandra, was born, and that year they named their cafe "Alexa's Creperie." ated to the USA in 2013, In 2014, Sergiy and Yana continued their family business and opened "Alexa's Creperie." Alexa's specializes in "crepes for all tastes." At Alexa's we focus on making your breakfast or lunch a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Our European style cafe provides time for conversation and allows you to savor every aspect of your meal. A leisurely pace between courses enriches your dining experience. Each crepe is prepared by hand with the freshest and healthiest ingredients. Some crepes may take longer to create than others. If time is a factor for you, please notify your server when you arrive. We are happy to accommodate you in any way possible!
