Today, we want to give a big good morning and a special shoutout to Rita!

Rita has been part of our diner family for many years, and we truly couldn’t imagine this place without her. She keeps us laughing with her wonderful sense of humor, works hard every single day, and always goes above and beyond for our customers. If you’ve ever had Rita as your waitress, you know she’s one of the best around!

When she’s not taking care of our customers, Rita loves to travel and spend time with her boys. She’s an amazing mom, a dedicated friend, and someone who brings kindness and positivity everywhere she goes.

We are so grateful to have Rita as part of our diner family. She is loved by our staff and customers alike, and we appreciate everything she does to help make Smoky Mountain Diner feel like home.
