We’re getting closer. 👀

We’re hoping to have our liquor license in hand for opening day, which means we’re also hoping these make their debut right alongside the new menu.

Consider this your first little sneak peek at the cocktail lineup coming to Sixty Six. 🍸

We’ll keep you posted as we get closer to opening—but for now, enjoy the preview.

You’re going to want to see what’s coming…

Still deciding dinner? How about our crab stuffed baked salmon, roasted in a garlic herb butter.

Tender salmon filled with sweet crab, then baked until perfectly flaky and finished with that rich garlic herb butter.

A little fancy, a lot delicious. Come get it while it lasts. Tonight only!

A little preview of what’s to come at Sixty Six.

Classic dishes, done a little differently. Familiar, elevated, and made for a table you want to linger at.

Tonight’s steak frites is just the beginning.

STEAK FRITES

A classic for a reason. Our steak frites is served with crispy fries and finished with a creamy peppercorn sauce that makes the whole thing.

Tonight’s special at Paddy’s Pub. Come hungry.

Okay Hornell, I want to hear from you…

We’ve got some ideas for Sixty Six, but we want to know what you want to see.

What’s a dish you wish you could get around here?

What’s something you’d love to see on the menu?

What kind of cocktails are you ordering?

And most importantly… what would make you excited to come see us?

Drop your ideas below. We’re listening.

Sixty Six is coming.

Welcome to Sixty Six on Broadway.

I’m Korin, and this October I’ll officially be taking over ownership and beginning an exciting new chapter.

Over the last several years, I’ve had the privilege of managing Paddy's Pub, and now I can’t wait to bring my own vision to life.

If you’ve asked me what kind of restaurant Sixty Six is going to be, you’ve probably heard me say, “There’s no rhyme or reason to our menu—just good food and good drinks.” And that’s exactly what we’re going for.

We’re not trying to fit into one category or follow every trend. We want to serve food that people genuinely get excited to order, pair it with great drinks, and create a place where everyone feels welcome—whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, meeting friends after work, or enjoying a night out.

The transformation won’t happen overnight. We’ll continue to grow and make updates over time, and I can’t wait to share that journey with all of you.

This page is where you’ll find updates, daily specials, new menu items, events, and a behind-the-scenes look as we count down to September and begin building Sixty Six together.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and believed in this dream. I can’t wait to welcome you through the doors and show you what we’ve been working toward.

No rhyme or reason. Just good food, good drinks, and good people.

Welcome to Sixty Six on Broadway.

should we? 👀

Tonight’s special is one you don’t want to miss 👀🍋

Chicken Piccata — tender chicken sautéed to perfection, finished in a bright lemon butter sauce with capers, and served over fettuccini. It’s light, flavorful, and absolutely addictive.

Perfect for a cozy dinner or a midweek treat ✨

Should Sixty Six on Broadway make it a menu item? 👀
