OK, good afternoon. Everyone just had a really bizarre incident here at the little café a gentleman for a lack of better description at this time called and stated that last week he ordered two bologna sandwiches without onions OK so anybody that comes here knows it once in a while, I do make a mistake, but definitely not on two bologna sandwiches with onions as I tried to explain myself the gentleman started to tell me that I was rude and that I couldn’t say hey let me see what I can do and search for and they’re on, but it was also a communication problem. I’m sorry I don’t speak STREET language. I don’t care to learn STREET language. My mother will come up out of her grave and smack the living hell out of me for not speaking appropriate grammar, but I do cut other people slack also people that come into this business knows that if we make a mistake, we are by no means not willing to fix that mistake but if you make a order on Saturday, pick up your order then go home and it’s not what you want and you try to call back and we were closed at 2:30 then why not call during business hours Tuesday or Wednesday and let us know what’s going on so we can make it right but don’t wait a whole week later so I this is gonna sound exceedingly rude, but these are not the type of individuals that I care to have in this café they will disturb the peace here and the calmness so oh well what can I say other than? Yes I can be truly surgically rude where people walk away and wonder if they were actually insulted, but in this case I was not.
