Baked by Haley Customer Agreement:
**By placing an order with Baked by Haley and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Customer Agreement pinned on this page.**
Thank you for choosing Baked by Haley! To ensure the best experience for all customers, please review the following terms and conditions.
• Ordering
- Orders must be placed at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the requested pickup date.
- Orders are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
• Deposits & Payments
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and reserve your date.
- The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled pickup date.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the order.
• Changes & Cancellations
- Any requested changes must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the pickup date and are subject to approval.
- Cancellations made by the customer will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as ingredients, supplies, and time are reserved specifically for your order.
• Design & Decoration
- Inspiration photos are welcomed and used as a guide; however, all products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, decoration, design details, and overall appearance.
- Baked by Haley will make every reasonable effort to create a product that closely matches the agreed-upon design.
• Pickup
- Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the agreed-upon time and location.
- Once an order has been picked up, Baked by Haley is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport, storage, or handling.
• Refund Policy
- Due to the custom nature of baked goods, all sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued for products that have been accepted and picked up by the customer.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact Baked by Haley within 24 hours of pickup so concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Allergens
- Products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
- While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, Baked by Haley cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Agreement
By placing an order and submitting a deposit, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
