ATTENTION!!!
I just wanted to share with you why we haven’t had the espresso trailer set up across from the school in Simms. The State of Texas, as of July, has taken over the licensing of the mobile food and beverage trailers. There are now many new restrictions and requirements that come along with getting your permit. We have operated our espresso bar for almost 6 years now and we have enjoyed every moment of it! It’s something that I want to continue for a long time. I know in my heart that the Lord’s timing is perfect and there are reasons why he has slowed me down for a while during this season. I also know that if it is his will and in his plan that we will have Steadfast back open soon.
We ask you to please pray for us during this process.

Psalm 143:8
Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust.
Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.

First of all, I would like to thank the Simms community for always supporting our little coffee business! We truly love being able to serve you!
I have been dealing with some minor health issues over the past couple of months and have had to slow down some, which is not easy for me. Thank you all so much for understanding.
I have a doctors appointment in the morning and will not be able to set up, but please know that we will be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience! ❤️☕️
