Weekly Special

Quesabirria

Beef marinaded with dried and fresh chilies, garlic, herbs and spices, then slow-cooked Birria-style in a broth (consomme) for about 12 hours. It’s then filled into a corn tortilla, covered with shredded cheese that is melted to perfection and served with its own dipping broth for a delicious street food treat. Have one or two, or order a bunch for the whole table.

Pairs well with a glass of our Jamaica or the Helles Bier from Andechs in Bavaria

Weekly Special

Chili Relleno - Traditional roasted Poblano Pepper stuffed with cheese that is melted to perfection and covered with an egg and wheat flour batter. Served smothered in a homemade rec salsa (not spicy) and with rice.

Pairs well with a glass of our Jamaica or the Helles Bier from Andechs in Bavaria

Our weekend special is chile rellenos and it goes amazing with a habarita cocktail. The slushy machine is going, Jefferson Dry is on tap, and our c***r garden is ready for another beautiful day in the Gorge!
