hat also closed due to Covid. we were in the finishing up building our garage and thought why don't we turn this into our commercial kitchen that way we don't have to rent and can Make food right here on our property. Sadly we cant sell here/pick up here because now its a commercial building in a "residential" area but I understand. We thought so many hard working people & Parents running around with kids schedules, sometimes don't have time to cook a full meal. and just order something fast and stay home. Well we did the work for you, you just warm it up. delicious BBQ in Minutes right at YOUR kitchen table. easy enough to reheat and it also keeps well in the fridge if you don't finish it. freeze it if you want. the flavor will still be there. we have sausage in bulk, Italian, HOT Italian, Breakfast, Maple, we also have Brats that do need the grill in 1 lb+ package
We have Full racks of Ribs. So our "Barn" is really a Commercial Kitchen, per our permit we can not have signs up saying its a business since we are not allowed to have customers, except to pick up larger catering orders. For now we set up in Hood River at the River of Life Church on Fridays and Sat in Parkdale, times usually 2-6 depending on my schedule. We are looking into a spot on the heights in HR and will be available next year. We are looking forward to that, then we can have HOT food as well as our cold items to go.
