Some guest service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidates with high integrity and dependability, a genuine desire to wow and interact with guests, and can work in close quarters and a fast-paced environment with fellow team members.

Positions available at The Original House in Aina Haina Shopping Center and our new House in Ala Moana Center.

The House will need to take rest and will be closed for the next three days. We’re sorry for this inconvenience as we know how much many of you hoped to visit for a treat over the holidays. We can’t wait to serve again when we reopen on Sunday (Jan 2) with extended hours of 11am-7pm. The House will continue normal hours of 12pm-6pm afterwards.

In the spirit of caring through transparent communication, the reason we’re doing this nearly week-long closure is that one of our team members tested positive for COVID on 12/28 (despite being fully vaccinated and following strict precautions after attending a funeral a few days prior). Fortunately, the team member is doing fine quarantining at home and has had only very mild symptoms.

The House has been fully sanitized and all other team members who have been in contact will be testing and quarantining per CDC guidelines before returning.

Sure, it’s been stressful for our team and guests to have this happen at HOPA, but putting it in perspective we are also grateful for this being our first (and we hope only) COVID incident since the pandemic started almost two years ago.

It’s our Pure Aloha responsibility and main desire to keep everyone safe. So from the bottom of our hearts, mahalo for your understanding and kōkua now and going forward. Let’s continue taking care of each other, staying resilient, and sharing the Pure Aloha (not COVID)! ❤️
