It was our love of craft that brought us all together, but it was our community that kept us going. The ability to express ourselves to all of you, combined with the love you shared with us, is what kept us strong through the toughest times in this industry. Words are but a fraction of the amount of gratitude we have. Unfortunate circumstances have caught us in a vulnerable state forcing us to close our door at the end of service on Sunday, 8/28. Ginataang translates to “done with coconut milk.” Due to the general nature of the term, it can refer to a number of different dishes. Chef RJ presents our version with citrus cured hamachi, cucumber and jalapeño jellies, yuzu lililkoi jellies and chrysanthemum tapioca pearls. The dish is served chilled and it’s perfect to beat the summer heat.
