Garlic Boom Boom Karaage Chicken!!
Our karaage is marinated in shoyu(tamari), garlic, ginger, and sake. Ideally marinated overnight or even a couple days. We use Mochiko in our gluten free breading. The chicken is double fried for an extra crisp exterior. It is then tossed in garlic sauce, pickled garlic and furikake. It is then topped with crispy fried garlic. Explosions of Garlic!!!!🧄 💥🧨🎇🔥 Did you know you can request it in your Hirata buns, Ooki bowl or even on your ramen.
