🫛 We're looking for self-propelled, highly motivated people to join us. Those with a strong work ethic, passion for providing the best guest experience, and an interest in fresh foods, grown locally would be a great fit! We are passionate about what we do and love to share this excitement with our guests!
🫛 Currently seeking help for part-time hours : Thursdays - Mondays, weekends and holidays are a must. Previous experience is always preferable, but we are willing and eager to train!

One of our delightful new mocktails - featuring calendula, rosehips, lemon , and just a touch of sweetness. This drink is like sipping your way through a blooming garden!

For our mocktail fanatics, we're happy to announce that we have expanded on our mocktail offerings. Many of them with special blends of herbs and juices to promote relaxation and ease of the mind and spirit without the buzz of alcohol!

🌟 It's with great pleasure we welcome to our line up of local farms that we source from! We're currently serving up their chicken, burgers, and keep your eyes peeled for a pork chop special dropping next week! 👀Their mission & practice of regenerative farming is a wave we love to see and are happy to support!
If you aren't familiar with them yet, check them out & catch them at some of the local farmers markets in the surrounding areas like Narrowsburg, NY!

🐓 Featured here is our current poultry dish : French breast roasted chicken over a spring succotash and street corn puree. Flavors that come together in a beautiful marriage. You'll want to stop in soon and give this a taste!

🌱 The most wonderful time of the year 🌱

How lucky are we to have the most amazing local farmers like and bringing their fresh veggies to our door! All the hard work they have been putting in is paying off in this amazing produce. The flavors and quality that are grown locally are absolutely UNPARALLELED by anything you could get from the "big suppliers" - that's why we make the commitment & start with ingredients that we love.
🙏 A huge thank you to all of the local farms, growers & crafters we partner with that make what we do possible..... And thank you for making our kitchen prep look like a rainbow, we love it! 🌈

... 👀 But have you stopped in to try our Chili Pork Bites yet??

🫴 The perfect balance of sweet, spicy and fresh! Coming from the same cured-in-house pork belly that our house bacon is crafted from, these are on another level! Over a roasted red pepper coulis with a scallion & yuzu mojo sauce, each bite is perfection 👌

Our guests have been as excited about these as we are - we are all voting that Chef bring them on as an entree! That being said, these sell out fast every week, so come in early if you're hoping to enjoy these!

This week served with fresh arugula and goat cheese over a balsamic rhubarb puree.
This dish compliments itself perfectly! All the flavors and textures are perfectly paired for this flavor explosion 💥 🤌

🥬 Where are our and friends at? 🥬

🫜 We love this time of year! All our fresh veggies are starting to come back and we're ready for it! This beautifully fresh and colorful iteration of our menu has more veg-based options than ever before!

To our Carnivores, don't worry! There is still PLENTY for you. We'll debut those soon 😉

🌟 This week's feature • Celeriac Steak • served over balsamic marinated arugula, rainbow carrots and French breakfast radish, topped with yuzu chimichuri • V & GF

🌟 Our resident Vegetable entree • Roasted Beets • served over our house made hummus and fresh arugula topped with fennel fronds and local olive oil • V & GF

Both of these dishes are showstoppers! With our first tastes, the flavors really knocked our socks off. Honestly, we all agreed even Carnivores could be satiated by either of these!
