The Chick Inn and Garden Raising chickens and growing food organically is a delight. We love to share our eggs and produce with others.

We open our food stand in the Spring and hope folks find some goodies to take home with them.

On this beautiful Autumn day, of course we are open 😊

Our mini pumpkin and pear pies flew off the shelves yesterday, but not to worry, there are more pies on the stand today.

I had a dear, dear customer of many years drop by yesterday and she had the kindest words to share with me. What a joy it is to have such appreciative folks enjoy our little stand.

It's that time ⏰ of year, when the garden beds are getting sleepy💤, but we plan for next years crops.

We have garlic 🧄 on our minds. 😎 We love to incorporate schrooms 🍄 into the soil. They help break up organic matter and enrich the soil. A GREAT companion crop. 💕

We are exciting to be planting garlic cloves soon! ...just waiting for the soil temp to be just right 👩‍🍳😘
