This incredible coffee ice cream made with locally roasted beans by Mountaineer Coffee , is finished with toasted almonds and our personal favorite Heath Barr 😉 pieces. We still live in the greatest nation in the world. I often tell my kid that just being born here is like winning the lottery and we’ve got to be good stewards of what we’ve been given.
