This isn’t your average pork belly. 👀
We’re taking pork belly and preparing it like a brisket—mustard binder, a simple salt-and-pepper dry rub, and then it goes low and slow in the smoker.
That smoke builds the bark, the fat renders down, and you end up with ridiculously tender, flavorful pork belly. 🥓🔥
