She started out being famous in her house for her amazing salad dressings. Being raised in a large Italian family, there were plenty of family gatherings where her mom did most of the cooking. Her mom taught her everything she had learned growing up in her parents restaurant. Then her grandma moved in, she was born and raised on a farm in Teano, Italy. She became the strongest influence on her rustic style of cooking. Everything at Tazza is made fresh to order. We hope you enjoy our recipes as much as our family does. At Tazza, we can accommodate parties up to 150. Special catering menu available.

There is a chill in the air. Who is ready for some comfort food? The soup tonight is Beef Barley and the Weekend specials are Pork Chops sauteed with apples and onion in a apple c***r white w**e sauce and our famous Pumpkin Ravioli topped with a brown butter sage sauce.

I remember when the weather turned warmer my Mom made this "Old School" Italian dish. Pasta with Peas was light on those hot summer days. Another special for the weekend is Bronzino. We sauteed it with Kalamata olives and mushrooms in a white w**e sauce. Perfect for this time of year. Enjoy!
