Hi everyone! We've seen a lot of new faces at the restaurant lately, so we thought it would be a good time to share a little bit about how far Happy Jacks Barbeque has come.

As many of you know, Allyn and Sheila Robinson are the original owner of Happy Jacks. Happy Jacks had a soft opening on January 11, 2017, and sold out by noon that very first day! The restaurant officially opened its doors on January 12, 2017. When Happy Jacks first began, Karla Varela, the current owner, worked alongside Allyn as a cook and waitress. On March 1, 2023, Jose and Karla Varela became the new owners of Happy Jacks and have continued doing an amazing job serving our community and growing the business.

If you've been to Happy Jacks, you know our menu is BIG! If you haven't stopped by yet, we can’t wait to serve you! When Happy Jacks first opened, the menu had 5 meats, ribs, 4 sides, 2 desserts, tacos, nachos, and “baker” potatoes. Today, our menu includes 10 meats, ribs, tacos, and wraps, 9 sides, chili cheese fries, chile “reeno”, and 7 desserts!

Over the years, our menu has grown, and so has our passion for serving our community delicious BBQ. 😋
