If you’ve ever visited our NY location, you might remember how special it felt… almost like a little slice of the Garden of Eden.
When Jen and I aren’t running the restaurants, we’ve been spending more time working on our faith (and trust me… we’re still figuring it out along the way).
Over the past 8 years, we’ve been increBayside Community Churchured into by great pastors, leaders, and communities—both in New York and here in Florida. That guidance has played a big role in how we try to lead, live, and grow.
Over the past 10 months, I’ve also been diving deeper into the Word with my friend Brian Metzger, who spent 21 years as a monk. Those conversations have challenged me, grounded me, and honestly changed my perspective.
So—with Jen’s encouragement—we decided to share that journey.
