Position: LEAD SCOOPER

Mama Bird’s Ice Cream • Holly Springs

Love ice cream, people, and being part of a fun team? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Lead Scooper to help create exceptional experiences for our guests while supporting daily shop operations.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Deliver outstanding customer service
✨ Lead by example and support fellow team members
✨ Open and close the shop
✨ Prepare ice cream treats, shakes, sundaes, and more
✨ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
✨ Assist with training and coaching team members

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Reliable and dependable
✔ Comfortable taking initiative and helping lead a team
✔ Excellent customer service skills
✔ Availability for nights and weekends
✔ Previous food service or customer service experience preferred

Position Details:

📍 Holly Springs, NC
💲 $11–$14/hour + Tips
📅 Minimum Availability:
• 2 Weekday Shifts
• At Least 1 Weekend Shift

While it would be easier to buy pre-made ingredients, that's never been our style. We make our mix-ins from scratch because we believe great ice cream starts with great ingredients—and because our customers deserve the best.
