Whether it’s a family celebration, work meeting, or a simple night out, The Rooster is running and happy to serve. First established as a take-home dinners business in 2003, we’ve since evolved into a full-service restaurant where friends and families come together. Whether it’s our award-winning burger, wood-oven pizza, or a savory salad that strikes your fancy, it’s sure to pair perfectly with one of our delicious cocktails or b**rs on tap. After dining with us, you’ll see that we’ve never lost sight of the core values that built our business: high-quality food and good personal service. So grab your pals, stop by for a meal, and discover what honest food is all about.

Happy National Vegetarian Day 🌱🌮 We’re celebrating with a veggie twist on our New York Steak Tacos: substitute grilled Portabella mushroom in place of the steak (and remove the cotija to make them completely vegan)!

Special shoutout to Adam Hill of Hill's Bookstore for creating this delicious combo! Stop by and celebrate with these tacos or one of the other vegetarian options on our menu.

This is your sign to come get that second margarita you’ve been thinking about 🙂‍↕️ Cheers!
